"Alright, now we're just going to start taking the clay from the bottom, clean up any of this stuff that might be looking really off center that's just on the wheel head, take it off. Start throwing it up, OK? What we're doing right here is called wheel wedge. You bring it up as high as you want. Looking like a stalagmite or whatever. I'll bring it up and I'm going to start dropping it down. What I'm doing right here is I'm pushing down with this part of my hand and this part of my hand is making sure it stays center and the clay folds in on itself. It's kind of like a two for one there, alright? We get to remove air bubbles and center the clay at the same time. And if there's any kind of funny stuff going down there, you want to make sure you get up underneath it, pull it up and get rid of it. Cause I can feel it with my fingers if there's something going on down there. And we just really, we need to get rid of that."
