"Okay, I want to click this slip on your hands, get rid of any extra stuff that you're not going to need. Like that. Here we go, Put it right there. Grab that sponge. Here. So at this point, everything's looking pretty good. You want to get your sponge loaded, how do you call that? That just means its full of water and we can use it by pressing it on our hand, like that, and that'll release water into our hand that we're throwing with. So this is the technique I like to do in a first couple throws, and we're just pinching. And right now, I'm just pinching the bottom of the clay, see it rise on my hand. I'm not doing anything, but pinching it down below and bring it in, even up the walls. By doing that, we're able to impress the clay, make some nice and strong and it also gets some high thought on it. See that? Go down, straighten all up, like that."
