"Next I'm going to show you how to use your sling for a couple of different applications. The two applications I find it most useful for, the first one being the most important, is a backup to a belay system, using a ATC, which is usually what I do when I go out climbing. For the two knots that I use are the Prusik and the Klemheist. They're they're very similar to one another. The the Klemheist is considered just to be like a variation of the Prusik, or vice-versa. But anyway, you want to start by laying out your rope correctly. You don't want your sling to be like this, to where cause this is going to go into like your Caribbeaner, and you you obviously can't, I mean it's not a good idea to have that to be the contact point between your sling and your Caribbeaner. You want it to be more like this to where, you know this is just kind of off to the side, and your Caribbeaner is going to go through being as they're going to contact with the actual rope point, not on a knot."
