"Alright, a tool that I used, that I learned from climbing was, how to make a sling. And I never- you can buy slings that are already made, they're made out of webbing, which is this stuff, and they're already connected at the ends and stuff, but it's just as easy to make it out of this, if you know your fisherman's knot. I actually like to use a double hand fisherman's knot for this just because it's a little stable, and sometimes I actually use it for things that involve myself, so I try to be pretty careful. It's just like the double hand fisherman's knot, but you start with a single piece of rope, so here I go; wrap it around, tie it two times, and then you do the same thing over here; and this is your sling. The person who taught me this was teaching me how to use it as an extra safety for belaying, but I found lots of other uses over it, for it over the years, like just around the camp site and stuff that is, I don't know maybe less serious, more fun, and- (I don't know what I'm talking about right now)."
