"As I mentioned before one of the virtues of a good knot or one of the things that makes it a good knot is its ability to be untied easily. As well as its ability to be tied easily. We've all ready talked about tying the square knot. So now we're going to talk about untying it. There's a couple of tricks that are kind of neat. So anyway I'm going to start by tying the squire knot right over left and then left over right. So you have a nice square knot. It's also really easy to kind of kind of push them together and untie them that way and loosen the knot. My favorite way is by taking one of these ends over here the ones that you used to makes the overhand knots and you pull one down and it actually forms a lark head knot and you can slide it right off."
