"Okay, to guard, it's very important that you have good hand coordination here. First, you're going to place the hand flat in front of you just like this, like if you're asking for money, and go ahead and place it right around the center with a little bit a slack towards you over here. And you're going to go ahead and just hit it, have it bounce around, grab it, swing it down, and then you're in the beginning position again. And you like, hit it, grab it, swing it. Keep doing that for a little while, till you start guarding yourself just like that. We're going to have my assistant over here standing in front of me. She's going to be ready to attack while I'm guarding. First, I'm going to go ahead and go around and then she's going to go ahead and strike. Just like that. So, again, the point is to have this little orb around you. Use the bo staff as an orb, just like this. And stick around for the next clip. I'll show you more."
