"Finally you want to think about your overall presentation when presenting your platform statement to the judges. So first of all you want to print your document out on clean white paper or fine paper and make sure that you print multiple copies so that in case one gets misplaced, or you have a certain amount of judges, that you have plenty of copies in reserve to send out or to keep for yourself for your own records. Place your platform statement in a brand new portfolio or folder for an excellent presentation for each judge. For example here's the platform, here's the folder, and you'll simply place your platform statement inside in the rings and then close it and you want to title the cover with whatever your platform statement is. In my case it would have been prevention of elderly neglect, and underneath that you want to put your name. Make sure you mail or turn in your document presentation in a timely manner. If you turn it in past due then it's going to reflect on your reputation as one of the contestants and they're going to think your irresponsible. So make sure your organized and you're ready to turn it in even before the deadline arrives. So we just went over how to prepare your whole platform statement for a pageant.
