"Okay guys now what we're going to do since we covered shoulder, we're going to go into shoulder neck. Which is just that. You go around your shoulder once, and then around your neck once. Only you're not going to grab in between. This is where the combination gets a little tricky, and this is one you're going to half to practice a lot. Because everyone does this combo differently. No two people do shoulder neck the same. So you just want to keep that in mind. You're going to work it hard for a few hours straight, and you'll get it, promise. So you're going to do the same thing, you're going to start and you're going to push. Only now I'm going to do it on a little bit of an angle. I'm going to push my hip out a little bit, I'm going to push this way. Because the motion that come after, is my neck moves in. So you want to adjust so that the bo keeps going on the same line and you body moves around it. So this is what you're going to do here, comes here, and once this comes to this position you're going to tuck your head in here, and it comes around your neck this way. And this is what it looks like here. Shoulder, neck, it comes around. You want to keep it nice and smooth. Notice as it came down it wasn't bouncing around. It was falling off my neck as it comes down it comes through, and once again I start on the same side only opposite side of bo. The same distance from the bottom. So again here, come through, shoulder, neck."
