"I'd like to highly encourage you to get educated and informed about heart disease, heart attacks, and cardiac arrest. There are going to be a number of resources available in your community to give more information. First, talk to your doctor. He'll be a great guide to teach you how to find more information to explain the process of heart disease to you. Check on the Internet at reputable sites, like the American Heart Association, for information on cardiac arrest and heart disease. Talk to a nutritionist about healthy eating habits and to a physical therapist or trainer about starting a exercise program. Don't smoke, and get yourself informed about other healthy lifestyle changes. Lastly, encourage your friends and family to also learn information about these topics. You never know whose life it's going to save. It might be yours."
