"This is about the difference between an offensive rebound, and a defensive rebound. Offensive rebound can be more rewarding, but first you have to set that up. Offensive rebound comes off of missed or attempted shot by either you or one of your teammates. Once they shoot ball, and the same player or a same teammate from that, or team player from that team, has to get the ball. That's what you call an offensive rebound. So again, an offensive rebound is only created through a missed shot from team, and the same team gets that ball back. That's what you call an offensive rebound. Now, a defensive rebound is when a team shoots, and the opposite team gets the ball. That's clear. Offense and defense. One, you get the ball, and it's your team, offense, defense is when the opposite team gets the ball off a missed shot."
