"And this is where we show you how to properly grab a rebound with two hands. In this clip, we're going to show you how to properly grab a rebound with two hands, and establish an offensive move. Ready? Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful. What the player did was he located the ball off the rim, so he already had anticipation of the shot because I was on the left hand side of the basket, he was on the right hand side. Like I told you earlier, most shots often miss to the opposite side of the player. So what he did was he already had it anticipated, one, and two, he had his defender boxed out. So after so, he located the ball after it came off the rim, he exploded to the ball with the power jump, and two hands. Two hands secures the ball for the defender to try to steal it, makes it that much more difficult, one, or two, can make or create a foul for him. Put him in foul trouble."
