"In this section we're going to talk about step number four when you're teaching a child how to swim. You're going to want them to grab onto the water, to the edge of the pool, I mean, and have them kick their legs up and down, and typically tell them to just make the biggest splash possible, and once they do that maybe a couple of times then kind of just either grab them by the hands, or preferably again grab them by the waist and just kind of guide them around the pool, and have them kick their legs up and down. And, if they already know how to float on their face, then you want them to just maybe take a breath, float on their face and maybe kick their legs up and down to you to a certain point of the pool. And, start off small and then of course, move a little bit further and have them go a little bit more when they're kicking their legs. And, this step it's a continuation of step number four. So, you're just going to have the kid, or teenager, or adult just flutter kick their legs. So, just have them hold onto the side of the pool, and then just have them go up, up and down like this. So, pretty much just like that, you just want them to have them kick their legs up and down."
