"Something else to worry about, once again, when you get in to the higher elevations, there's going to be less, less oxygen in the air around you, and so some people, that causes severe problems. They have intense, intense headaches, sometimes they have nausea. All of these symptoms are part of what is altitude sickness. This is a, this can actually be a real problem, and so what you need to do is when you get to the place, like if you live like at sea level, basically, like I do here in Texas, you need to go to wherever it is that you're going, and spend a couple of days, you know, at you know, a couple, like a few thousand feet so that you're kind of easing your way in to it. Then when you plan your trek, you know, go spend a couple of days at base camp and make sure that you're gradually climbing in altitude. Not that you, you know, shoot up a thousand feet in a day, because you could seriously suffer from altitude sickness, you could get nauseated and it's, you get dehydrated really easily too. So be sure to stay hydrated and try to let yourself, let your body acclimate to the altitude before you go on your trek."
