"It can be really difficult to get your pack adjusted so it's comfortably. So one of the best ways to do that is to get it on, put on the shoulder straps first. And usually, when I take my pack off, I unloosen the shoulder straps like that right there. I give, make them looser so that it's easier for me to take off. So they're kind of loose so that there's more give, it's easier for me to put on. And then I kind of hike the pack up and I'm going to put the belt on first, the waist belt. And cinch that down as tight as I want it. And then from there I can obviously feel how tight I want the shoulder straps to be. Because otherwise if it's hanging on me, it feels like they're tight but they're not really. So from there I can cinch these down to make sure that they feel correct. And this should be, the weight should be evenly distributed between the waist belt and the shoulder straps. And then there's also the chest strap that you can use that also takes a little bit of the weight off and a lot of this is personal, left up to like where it feels right for you. And for girls, usually because women have more of a tapered waist, the waist belt goes up a little bit higher, and then guys it usually sits a little bit lower on the hips. But it's really different for every individual person."
