"Something that seems like it would be easy but is sometimes more difficult than you would expect is actually putting on a heavy fully loaded pack so you can get a friend to help you but one of the ways to do it is to heave it up on to your knee like that and then from there you can turn sideways and get it on to one shoulder and then put it up on to the second shoulder. Then from there you can put on the waist belt and center it. You can get it off the same way because there are valuable things in your backpack and you don't want to get them broken and so you take it and you slide it off and then you sit it on your shoulder and then from there you put it on the ground. It is important because you don't want to strain yourself and you don't want to be picking it up you know with your back or trying to sit it on the ground and fall backwards, it is really awkward. So if you remember to put it on your knee first, you know your knee is really stable, that's a good way to get your backpack on."
