"In this clip I'm going to talk about the benefits of dog massage for puppies. As soon as you bring your new puppy home, you do want to start touching them from the nose all the way to the tail. And this is going to help your dog get used to not only being touched by yourself, family members and friends when they come over, but it's also going to make it a lot easier when you go to the vet. And the vet has to put their hands on a dog unlike you do at home for the normal massage and petting. So when you do this, you want to pay a lot of attention to certain areas of the body, this includes the ears, the gums, and the toes. You want to make sure that this dog does not have a problem with you touching anywhere on their body. Squeeze the toes, get your hands all over their mouth, which is also going to help them. As your massaging the gums and the mouth, and they start losing their baby teeth, it's going to help with the pain that they're feeling associated with that. So just make sure to touch them from nose all the way to tail as often as you can."
