"The next thing I'm going to show how to do is how to set the plug ins. Now, when you turn on your beat, what's going to happen is, certain things might play. Depending on what you have on here. If you have the beat playing, right? Depending on how you loaded it up, you might already might have a compressor and EQ on it. You can turn off this compressor and EQ by holding down the option button and clicking on it. This automatically by-passes that plug in so you can hear things as they actually are. Some people, they like to have things bang, regardless, see what I'm saying? So, what you can do is just hit the option button, turn it back on, and already have that little pre-mix, that widely gives you. This pre-mix is very helpful in making it sound fuller and giving it a more of a hip-hop sound because it uses certain EQ's that like, thats bring out the highs and the bass of a track and kind of like, you know, let the mids set in the background, leaving room for vocals and things like that. Once you have this all set, what we're going to do is start copying to the next thing. What I'm going to show you how to do is just how to take this control key and how to use this by clicking on the patterns and copying the patterns."
