"In this clip we're going to be doing a turbo twist with the inflatable ball. Put your feet flat on the floor and we are going to gently ease ourselves down, mindful of the back. Bring your legs up, place your inflatable ball between your thighs. Now we have a couple of options here. You can place your hands firmly on the ground or underneath your lower back for additional support. Now you are going to have your body at a 90 degree angle, back firmly placed on the mat and you are going to turn towards the side with your torso and your legs until you start to feel the back and your shoulders come off the mat and you're going to come back to center. You are going to focus on keeping that ball firmly placed between the thighs, twist to the side, and then come back to center. So you are bringing it to the side until you start to feel the shoulders and the upper back come off the mat, come back to center. Now if this is too easy for you you can always extend the legs and to the side, same thing, be mindful of the back keeping the shoulders and upper back firmly on the mat."
