"In this clip, we're going to do an inner thigh extension. Come back nice and slow, being mindful of your back. OK, you're going to place your inflated ball between your thighs a couple inches down from your knees. And now you can take your hands, put them flat on the mat, or you can put them under your low back for support. OK, you want to keep the ball nice and firmly between your legs and keep your hips at 90 degrees. Place your back firmly on the mat. You're going to extend up and release down to 90. Squeeze up and release. Squeeze up and release. You want to do slow controlled movements with this. Squeeze up and release, and squeeze your thighs together and then release. And keep that 90 degree angle. Back firmly against the mat. Keeping that internal belt going. Squeeze up and release. Squeeze up and release."
