"In our next clip we are going to do a crunch to an oblique. You are going to lower your body down nice and slow mindful of the back. Now what we are going to do is we are going to elevate our legs, remember the option. If you have back issues you can always keep your legs at 90 degrees, tightening up the belt. We are going to extend our legs up, extend our arms back. What you are going to do is you are going to come up, extend across, back to center, and down. You are going to reach up, extend across, center, and down. Extend across, center and down. You can do it with one arm or two arms. I've been demonstrating with two arms, reach across, center, and down or you can take your other arm, put it behind your head, reach up, across, center and down. We are going to start with the two arm option, going to reach up, take it across, center, and down. One arm option, you are going to put your hand behind your head for gentle support, reach the arm up into the crunch, take it across for the oblique, center and down."
