"In this clip I am going to demonstrate a row with the suspension trainer. We are going to lean back slightly, keep your body nice and long, back nice and straight. Remember our options, you can have your feet flat which is good for the beginner or stack your heels if you are advanced and the closer you have your feet to the base the more challenging it is going to be and the further away you have your feet, the easier it is going to be. So you are going to go ahead and bring the body in, row it in, and extend the arms. You are going to row it in and then extend the arms. Now you have a couple of options on this, you can change the grip angle to change the exercise slightly and to hit the muscles a little bit differently. Now you have a couple of options as far as the grip goes so you can change the way the exercise affects your body so we're going to go ahead and change our grip. We are going to go ahead and rotate and then bring the body nice and long, our palms are down, the body is nice and long, keep the shoulders and neck relaxed and we are going to bring those shoulder blades together. If this is a little too much for those shoulders with the rotation, we have a third option, you can just keep the palms facing each other as you row. This is a little bit less stressful on the shoulders because the arms are closer to the body."
