"In this clip we are going to use the suspension trainer for tricep extensions. For this exercise you are going to face away from your base. O'kay remember your angle if your feet are further away and you are at a more elevated position it is going to be a little bit easier and if your feet are back towards the base it is going to be a little more of a challenge. You have an overhand grip, arms are extended, elbows are close and you are going to push out, lean away and push the palms forward. So you are going to bend at a 90 degree angle challenging those triceps and you are going to push away. Now try and keep the grip snug but a little light so you don't feel too much in the forearms and you are focusing on the triceps. So you are going to bend to 90 keeping the elbows close and extend. You want to keep that back nice and straight on the angle and extend. Arms back, push forward, 90 degrees and you are going to extend, 90 and extend."
