We're going to take a nice inhale in the center, abs are still engaged and exhale, push down on one shoulder and twist, two, three, inhale back to center and exhale, push down on that shoulder and twist, two, three and inhale back to center one more time, exhale twist, press and twist, two, three, inhale back to center and press and twist, two, three, inhale back to center."
