Video Transcript

"This is a rotational stretch where once again you are warming up the spine to get ready to do some work and what you do you can have your leg either out straight or you can bend it. I'm going to bend it. Take the other leg and bring it over just above the knee. Again a straight knee is okay it doesn't mean you are doing wrong. Take the other hand opposite of the knee and wrap that arm around the knee, take the other hand wave to your hands and bring it all the around and allow yourself to stretch. Every inhale allows that stretch to get a little bit deeper. Inhale, now you'll feel the stretch not only in the gluts you'll also feel it around the spine and let's just go to the other side. Again the opposite hand comes around the knee, pulls it close to the chest, the other one wave to your peers, come all the way around and stretch, inhale and exhale, stretch a little bit more, inhale and exhale."
