To recap the cool colors which are; blue, green, purple, all those kind of more cool, cool feeling colors, the feelings they invoke would be, you know, things that you would think of when you hear the word cool, like peacefulness, relaxation. They're more of like background colors, they kind of can make things more peaceful and relaxed and they kind of bring things back. In nature, you're going to find them a lot of times in the background of the composition, the sky, the water; those would be the cool colors. Once again, that would be blue and green. Try and remember this when you're getting your paintings together and your composition, this is what you want, kind of in the background color to be the majority of the painting; you're going to want that to be a cool color.
