"The feelings that are evoked from the cool color pallet, that would be colors like blue, and green, and those mixed together, are more peaceful, relaxing, calming, that's the effect that they can have on the viewer. For example, something like this. This is actually a really good example of the use of red and blue and warm and cool, in general because of the red chairs and the blue windows but the blue on the outside, it just looks, give you kind of a feeling of revelry, peacefulness as if you're looking at the sky would you or looking at the ocean. So it's important to remember when you're trying to evoke a feeling from your piece of artwork to try and like get as much blue or green in there and when you're blocking it out, you're first beginning your peace, do be thinking about that. What you're going to have as the background color, a lot of the times people choose more bluish-greenish color because they want that feeling."
