Video Transcript

"After any exercise program, it's always nice to make nice. This next exercise is not really an exercise, it's a spinal massage. And what we're going to do is we're going to come down onto our back and we're just going to put the ball under our lower back and go ahead and come back. From here, we're just going to allow the ball, crawl forward, feet and fingers, and back all the way. And crawl the feet and fingers forward, even allowing that ball to get into your neck, maybe turning your head a little bit. And coming all the way back allowing your body to bend over that ball, popping the rib cage, moving the ball up just a little bit, popping the rib cage even more, moving up a little bit more, a little bit more until the hips touch the ground and then just a little bit more. And coming all the way down into a seated position."
