"Viparita Karani, legs up on the wall pose. You're going to need to find a place where you have a open wall, and you're going to have to have enough room so that you can bring your hips up against the wall, and be able to swing open. So anyplace that you can find in your home that you have an open wall, with you know, free of chairs and things, you'll be good. So what she's going to do the first thing that to get into this pose, or the easiest way to get into this pose is to have your hip against the wall, so then when she lays back she can spiral herself, and walk her feet up the wall. And then she'll have the opportunity to play a little bit, and kind of move herself away from the wall. She's a little too close to the wall, so she wants to come away from the wall, keep coming, keep coming, keep coming, and then she's going to lift her hips, so that I can slide the bolster underneath her hips, and then come back down. So you do want to have your hips draping over the bolster so there is a curve in your lower back. And then she can rest her hands here. This is a great pose to rejuvenate your legs; tired legs, helps prevent varicose veins."
