"The materials that were going to use to make our mixed media rat are air drying or also called self drying clay. It can also be called tera-cotta clay. Found in your art store or craft supply store. We are going to need scissor, needle nosed pliers, wire cutters depending on the gage of wire that we use. This wire is actually a thirty gage wire so it should be able to be cut with ether the scissors or the wire cutters. For our mixed media we are going to use a pipe cleaner and some googlie eyes along with the wire. For decorating our rat we are also going to need acrylic paint and the acrylic paint dries really well a couple of paint brushes a pallet. We also want to make sure that our space is nice and craft friendly. We will also use some tempera glitter paint and you want to have some paper towels nearby and a cup of water for self drying clay."
