Uses for Newspaper in Arts & Crafts

"So we made a snake out of newspaper but the possibilities for newspaper and art are endless. There are a lot of different things we can do. If you are looking to create a rounder shape with newspaper you can use foil, tin foil balls or you can do the opposite and actually kind of scrunch up the newspaper and wrap it in foil so this is also an interesting way to get shape using newspaper and foil. Glue and tape work great. If you have trouble getting your newspaper to shape you can always use a long piece of tape and wrap it around so it is interesting to see how many different animals and shapes in art that we can make with our newspaper. We have made rats and mice, bunnies, all kinds of different things and really it is up to your imagination what you see when you wrap that newspaper up and remember to save your newspaper. We have always got a lot of it in the house and it is great to be reusing it and recycling it especially into art."
