"So once you are done embellishing the snake what you have is a snake that is covered in wet paint, wet glue, wet sequence, wet googley eyes so it is important that he is dried in the appropriate place. His bottom is probably pretty dry but the best place to dry him is in an area that is well ventilated. All the products that we are using are nontoxic so they are not any fumes related but he'll dry a lot faster if he is in an area where there is some air circulation so what we will do is we want to place him on a surface that is sort of shiny so if you have wax paper or foil or a plastic table cloth that will work really well and just leave him. He will probably dry in a couple of hours, this paint dries really quickly and the glue dries clear so there is not much to worry about with that. If you have a rack or a shelf where he can be laid up to dry for a while that is probably the best drying place for him. Otherwise, just on a table where he won't be knocked over or touched or getting paint anywhere else in the house is a good idea."
