"We used tissue paper to accentuate the tail and the fins and we're going to do the same thing with the body but we can change it up and use a couple of different colors. We want to make sure that the tissue paper that we're using are long strips. You could use some scrap tissue paper that you have laying around. I'm going to use some warm colors, long pieces. We'll use a little pink and a little orange. They don't have to be cut perfectly, we're going to wrinkle and gather them and weave them through. We'll grab a little orange. You could do this to each side, so you might want to just duplicate what you do on one side on the other. We're going to take the pink, we're just going to push it through, pull it around, and wherever you want to weave in and out works just fine. This just adds to the color and the shape. The fish, since tropical fish are so beautiful, I think that there's no way that we can add too much color. There's the pink, we can move it down a little bit and we can always trim it off. Add in the orange, the yellow and the red after that."
