"Now that we've finished up the tail, we're going to do the same thing to the fins using the color that we chose for the fins. I chose purple, so we're going to weave this in a random pattern, back and forth, keeping the fin still really flat so that when we want to use tissue paper, it's easy to weave it in and out, layer it over the top. We want to make sure that we're wrapping this around the sides. We're going to bring it up here and change up the shape a little bit. If the shape of your fins changes, we can always go back and reconstruct it. Wrap the excess around. Now, if we wanted to go ahead and use that same yellow tissue paper, we could do that, and just weave it through. Its okay if it's folded, wrinkled, it only adds to the colorful beauty of the tropical fish. We're just going to slide it through, weave it around, and do the same thing to the bottom fin."
