"The next thing we're going to do is we're going to make a new track. I'm going to show you different ways of making different tracks. We're going to go to track, and do new track. And this is what I was talking about before with software instruments and real instruments. The real instruments is going do all your recording, the other one is going to create some midi data. So what we're going to do right now is we're going to create a software instrument. And you see how the left, the right side opened up. And this is basically the type of instruments we have. Pianos and keyboards and things like that. What we can do is actually change it, with maybe like a little bit different. So you should see a change right there. We can also do, is we could do different things like copy a track, duplicate. We could duplicate the track to copy it, or we could do something like new basic track. A new basic track is going to bring up a new basic audio track. This basic audio track you can record, you can actually see the different levels that are coming out right now. Right now it's picking up my voice. Another thing you can also do, is you can go to your preferences within your computer to adjust that microphone. So looking at sound, we can look at the input and adjust the level of the input volume to make sure we're not clipping at any point. I should turn it down a little bit. Then we can actually see how it is. Now this is a pretty good volume. Even when it gets louder, it's still pretty good."
