"In this segment, we're going to teach you how to throw a drop pitch. Now, same grip applies, three fingers, horseshoe grip, with the ring finger on one side and the index finger on the other. Now, the movement of the rotation--the rotation of the wrist is downward toward the left of the pitcher, and the effect should be a sinking effect going towards the left of the pitcher.
