"In this segment we're going to teach you how to throw a rise pitch. Exactly like the grip, the two seam grip, with the index finger and the middle finger on both seams on the ball. As you make the bottom spin, it will normally curl up and make the rising effect, normally from the knees all the way to the chest, which is the most effective rising pitch you can throw.
