"In this segment we're going to show you how to pitch a four seam fastball. Now, as I explained before, on the grip, the ball has to be gripped with all four fingers on the seams of the fastball across the ball. Now, there's no movement on this pitch, as my all star pitcher Cody is going to demonstrate, there will be no movement as far as the fastball going out of her hands and towards the plate. As you notice, there's a lack of movement on the pitch, it's completely straight from the pitchers hand towards home plate. This is technically the first type of fastball that is taught from a beginner before they learn to be an advanced pitcher. And, that's how we throw a four seam fastball."
