"Now we're still working on the head, and what we're doing is we're also looking at body alignment. And what you want to do is, we first want to align the body, so that the neck is in direct line with the body. Everything's straight. Make sure the hips are square, the shoulders are square. What you're going to do is you're going to take your fingertips, and you're going to slide them up under the base of the skull and you're going to elevate the jaw slightly. Okay, relax your head. So what you're trying to do is you're trying to get the body to relax on its own and let the body realign itself. And you're going to find sore spots, and these, we're going to discuss scaling here in just a second. Basic hand traction for the neck."
