"Alright now that I've got this exactly where I want it. I'll come in, use this part of my potter's knife, actually this part of my potter's knife, remove any extra clay that may be down there, facing down like that so it builds up underneath there. Into the slop bucket. Then use the pointy part to make a foot. Just like I do with all my pieces you see. Trim it right on the wheel. You don't have to go around the next day and mess around. It's done. Alright. I'm not going to cut it off the wheel just yet because when I place these on, then I'm going to want to cut it off the wheel. So, I want to make sure we have all our tools ready. We've got our two best potter's knives here. These guys. They work really well for everything. And we have our needle tool. We have our manufactured sponge and our scoring rib. So now what we want to do is clean up our hands a little bit and when we come back, we're going to assemble these into there."
