"Alright so basically we have a platter right now but I'm going to bring it up just a little bit, alright. So watch how I do here; I'm going to keep this nice big rim because that's how I like them when I'm making these crazy platters, I like to make it nice and big; alright. So I'm just going to bring it up just a little bit but bring this, alright. I'm going to start making a little indentation there like that. And what I like to do is to take my finger; put it right over there. Now I got like two rims; I just like two rims, two ribs are better than one there; alright. So now that I've started with my first alteration, all I do is stick my finger in there and then just stick it down and I made a double rim for this guy here. I'm going to go; this needs a little chu de mio in there. Nope, I don't like that; get a better one, just a little... just like that alright. And now we're going to proceed in altering this."
