"On to a beautiful, celestial, starry night with swirls and what not. I'm going to start off with a basic, fluffy, brush that you can use for applying glitter, or a shear kind of sparkle that I'm going to be using for the base of the starry sky. So, I'm going to start off with the silver and really, you just start spreading it on, just so that you get this nice glittery overtone on your whole arm. You can do it light, or dark, or however you want. I like it to look swept, just like the clouds in the sky look sometimes. And just apply it to your whole arm, or whoever you're doing it to. Nice and a glittery base surface, it looks really good, especially when you're looking up close. I like mine to be a little bit thicker, and it kind of gets everywhere, but all in the name of art. So, they love you. And there's my basic glittery bottom."
