"This cut is going to be real critical and as you can see I've got the a, spacer block up against my plug the board up against the spacer block. This one I want to clamp in place though because I don't want it wobbling around at all when I cut this shoulder and we'll make our cut. We have a tiny bit of variation, this little bit feather thin a piece of wood here is a small variation in this jig that you probably have to adjust out later on by moving this a, jig back and forth. You loosen it here and if it's for instance in this case I want to move the jig just a little bit back towards the blade to eliminate this but for now we'll just tear it off. And to check the cut put it like that, this should be flush right in here where the, a, where the board meets the plug. I'm going to put my square up right there and take a look and that looks real good. This is square and these two are flush so the rest of our pins should come out evenly, in a perfect world they would. Again we have a little bit sticking out but we'll adjust the jig for that later on. To take that off lay it at the flush to the slot and just run it through one more time. Take that off. So we're going to cut two pieces of our box a, our square box. Two pieces are going to be cut with the, a pins on the end and two of the pieces are going to be cut with shoulders on the end and they should fit right together. I've already done that before with these pieces and we'll a, we'll get a to the business of fitting those together in just a minute."
