"It takes time to train each person to know how to make Casa Sanchez Salsa. That's why it's very important to find the right hard workers to join the Sanchez team that can grasp the routine. Most of these folks can do this blindfolded. You usually have about ten or fifteen employees in each section with their own responsibilities. (Demo of workers getting ready) This is Yosenya, one of our hard working workers here at Casa Sanchez. As you can see she has on a hair net on top, so that no hair gets into the product. She has the gloves on, no jewelry, got the working boots for the wetness on the floor, and a white robe. Here at Casa Sanchez we care about our employees. We're all like one big family. We all care about the sanitation and cleanliness here at our facilities."
