"So one exercise you can do for the bow, practicing using all of your bow is not completely playing through tip to frog but just practicing a little bit with playing at the top like this to the frog. Tip. This will give your arm an idea of the full length of your bow. It also will help you to feel what it feels like to be at the very tip, and at the very frog. So it's good to make sure that you're rosining your bow all the way through because when you start doing these exercises, especially when you start playing more, you want to make sure that every part of your bow is rosined so that you're really taking advantage of the full bow and not kind of short changing yourself by only using part of it."
