"This exercise is called the teaser. I am going to show you several different versions from beginning through advanced. The last one we will actually use the theraband. When you are working the arms you want to use the hands to pretend that you are scooping up sand and serving it to somebody always having your hands land palm up. The first leg position will be one leg up and the other one bent, inhale, tuck the chin, exhale, close the ribcage, scoop up and come up, inhale lower and then of course you would do it on the opposite leg. The next position is to actually bring your legs up into table top. I actually find this easier, take a nice inhale, tuck the chin and exhale up, straighten out the legs, inhale lower. The last one is to bring your legs down all the way, take a nice inhale, tuck that chin, exhale, close the ribcage and come all the way up. From here you can lower and lift the legs and arms. Curling back here I just want to show you one move that you can do with the theraband. Having the band around your feet, take a nice inhale and exhale come up into your teaser position like this and you can bend and extend, and bend and extend, lift and lower, lift and lower."
