"This exercise is called scissor. Once again we are going to start in table top position curling down to the mat, bringing the leg straight up perpendicular to your body. I am going to show you several variations of scissor. For the first one you can go ahead and grab on to your leg wherever it is comfortable for you. Lower the other leg and we are going to inhale, tuck the chin, exhale, flex the torso up and pulse, pulse, inhale in the middle and exhale, inhale, and, inhale, and. Another version of scissor you can bring your hands in behind your head, elbows out wide and you can come slow using those lower abs to bring those legs in, inhale in the center, exhale use those abs and another version but don't get sloppy is that you can start to get really fast. The most important thing is that when you go fast that your back stays on the mat and you don't start rocking around."
