"I'm going to give Carrie here a really nice back stretch through the devil's stretch. So I'm going to grab a hold of her wrist and gently just come up into a nice kneeling diamond. Now I'm going to stay, keep a nice connection from my hip, to her, back of her, into her back, and we're going to start working it. You want to come into it slowly. You have to find that spot and kind of go back and forth a little bit. This is is a peck stretch. You'll feel it when it hits that tightness, that tension, it won't want to move on you, don't push it too hard. And you kind of feel here, if you hit the right spot, yeah, nice tension on its peck, not holding it for too long at a time. And go back and forth a little bit again, giving her a little bit of release and then finding that spot, up, stopping and confirm. Make sure she's getting that peck stretch. One last time. Let it go, let it relax and then finding that spot again. Alright, now she's getting looser the more you do it. And gentle release, sitting down into diamond as you relax the arm down."
