"I've got Carrie on her side here. Her knee is resting on a pillow so her hip is not uncomfortable. Her head is resting on a blanket here, so of course, she's not letting her head just drip off being uncomfortable. And we're going to come into a nice back walk here. So what the first thing to do is grab a hold of the wrist, I want to keep connection so she doesn't come off her side, I'm going to lower down, place my foot on her back before I release it, so that I'm going to gently pull this arm back, I'm going to switch it over to the side arm to her shoulder is and drop the back arm back and just start gently walking on her back. So as you're walking, you can go up and down as much as you like. But notice how when I'm keeping this arm pulled back like this, she's also getting a nice pec stretch here, a little bit of shoulder stretch. I'm just walking back and forth. Now be very, very careful when you're working with someone who's very, very tiny and has a very narrow back, that you're not pressing on the spine. And just keep walking back and forth. Give them a good minute in this, it feels really nice. And then when you're releasing, again, keep the connection, I'm reaching down, grabbing her, then releasing the foot, and then go ahead in placing the hand in front."
