"In Thai Yoga there's several different working stances to not only keep you comfortable, but also you safe. So the first one is the kneeling diamond with your knees together, you're on your shins. The second one is open diamond. There's also kneeling diamond. Now when you're in kneeling diamond, you can open it up to another stance, which is the warrior and then open warrior. And it shows some of the moves that you take in some of these stances. I'm going to come into kneeling diamond here, have my hands down and start rocking side to side. Again, this keeps you safe and keeps you comfortable in your working environment. Also using the open diamond, knees apart and you're rocking up. So along with the stances, there's several different ways to take your movement, to keep you safe and you comfortable."
