"Coming into knee to shoulder now. So I'm going to reach hand underneath the knee, pick up the heel and bend the knee as we come up. Now I want to place her foot on the outside heel, right there. Now first thing I'm going to show you, if you got someone that's not very flexible, you place your hands underneath here and just gently start pressing in more towards the shoulder. You can come back and forth if you like. Listen to what your client's body is telling you. Let me scoot up a little bit. She's very flexible. So I'm going to show you what we're going to do when you get someone that's extremely flexible and this is just not giving them enough here. I want to go back up, out to the side, ahh, that'll give her a little bit more of a stretch. A lot better massage. So do adjust the poses to the client, kind of tailor your massage a little bit. Nice. I'm going to hold this one for just a couple breaths, ease up, grab a hold of heel underneath the knee, ease it back down."
